2 – If you call us and get our voicemail (Press #2) you must let us know what time we can call you up until at night. Example- If you are in California you may allow us to call you up to 10pm Pacific Time, which is 1am in New York. Providing this information may allow you to receive a same-day call back.

3 – Because of time differences, we do not return calls outside the U.S. and Canada. If you are from another country please e-mail us. We do not return calls to phone numbers that are not from the U.S. or Canada
