Private & Group Tours

Since our beginning in 2009 we have had the pleasure of hosting alumni trips, bachelor parties, business clubs/groups, business students, culinary/food students, families, local groups, schools and tour groups. Guests appreciate that they can relax, mingle and see non-tourist neighborhoods. Groups can enjoy one of our existing tours or customize a tour or FEAST & FIND event to fit their needs. We can meet private groups at a hotel or any other meeting point and use the subway, if necessary or we can meet at a spot in the neighborhood we are touring. Guests can purchase their own food just like on our scheduled tours or food can be included.

Group Rates & Terms:

Choose an existing Food On Foot Tour
(Tours with food & beverages not included*)
  • 10-20 Guests: $520 Total
  • Each additional guest: $26
  • (Tours with food included/ beverages not included)
  • 10 Guests: $75 per person
  • 11 - 14 Guests: $750 plus $50 for each additional person over ten
  • 15 - 20 Guests: $980 flat rate
  • 21 or more Guests: $980 for the first twenty guests and $48 for each additional guest.

  • Customize a FOOD TOUR
    Pricing for customized food tours are based on type of tour, tour location, tour length and if food is included, food costs. Minimum rates start as noted above except in the case of shorter version tours. Please contact us to discuss options.
    Terms: A non-refundable $100 deposit is due with the contract. The remainder is due 30-60 days in advance depending on the event. A final minimum number of attendees is due at that time. Additional attendees may be added at any time up to the day before the tour by e-mail authorization using a credit card payment. Since the date and time is being held a 50% cancellation fee is due after the contract is signed. Cancellation must take place at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time and be transmitted directly to Food On Foot Tours by e-mail and phone. There is no cancellation within 48 hours and no refund will be issued for any reason. Licensed tour operators may join our rebate program.

    Customize a SPORTS TOURS
    Pricing for customized sports tours are based on type of tour, tour location, tour length, type of game tickets and if food is included, food costs. Please contact us to discuss options.
    Terms: A non-refundable $200 deposit is due with the contract. The remainder is due 30 days in advance. A final minimum number of attendees is due at that time. Additional attendees may be added at any time with payment but we cannot guarantee the same seating for guests added later. There is no cancellation for these tours for any reason as we incur certain non-refundable upfront costs.

    Customize a FEASTS & FINDS EVENTS
    Pricing for customized FEASTS & FINDS events are based on type of event requested, time and/or date of event, length of event and venue or vendor costs. Please contact us to customize an event.
    Terms:A non-refundable $200 deposit is due with the contract. The remainder is due 30-to 60 days in advance depending on the event. A final minimum number of attendees is due at that time. Additional attendees may be added at any time up to the day before the event if space is available by e-mail authorization using a credit card payment. There is no cancellation for these events for any reason after full payment as we incur certain non-refundable upfront costs.

    *Food costs usually average $15 to $20 per person for tours where participants make their own purchases.

    What type of tours do you offer?

    We offer escorted food and sports tours or combination tours. You are welcome to choose one of our existing tours or customize your own.
    Is food included on the food tours?

    Where would you meet us?

    Yes. FEASTS & FINDS are special events that can be customized for a private group. Pricing, terms and conditions are unique to each event.
